Air Fryer Chocolate Pecan Pie Recipe
Ingredients
- 9-inch (22.5 cm) unbaked pie crust
- For Filling:
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1Β½ cups coarsely chopped pecans
- 2 tablespoons Bourbon
Method
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs and butter. Whisk until creamy.
Step 2
Add the sugar and all-purpose flour. Stir well to incorporate.
Step 3
Add chocolate chips, pecans, and bourbon. Mix until well combined.
Step 4
Using a fork, prick the holes in the bottom and sides of the crust. Pour the prepared filling into the pie crust. Transfer the pie rust to the air fryer basket.
Step 5
Air fry at 350 F (175 C) for 25minutes, or until a toothpick, inserted in the centre of the pie, comes out clean.
Step 6
Remove baked pecan pie from the fryer. Transfer to a wire racck and allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
