  • 4 skinless and boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (per breast)
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper (per breast)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (per breast)


Step 1

Brush chicken breasts with olive oil. Sprinkle one side with seasoning.

Step 2

Arrange seasoned chicken in an air fryer basket (seasoned side down). Season the other side.

Step 3

Cook at 360° F (180° C) for 9 minutes. ( for 8 oz (240 g) chicken) Turn them over and continue cooking for a further 9 minutes.

Step 4

Open the air fryer. Using the thermometer, check the temperature in the thickest part of cooked meat (temperature should be 158-160° F (80° C))

Step 5

Cover loosely with aluminum foil and continue cooking for another 5 minutes. Serve hot.
