Almond alcoholic cocktail. Gin based alcoholic mixed drink.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz (60 ml) gin
  • 1 oz (30 ml) dry vermouth
  • a few almonds, peeled
  • peach kernel, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon kirsch
  • 1 teaspoon peach brandy

Method

Step 1

Warm the gin. Add the almonds, sugar, and kernel. Allow cooling.

Step 2

Add the remaining ingredients and stir. Strain and add cubed ice.
