Classic Amaretto Sour Recipe
Makes 1 drink
Ingredients: 1Β½ oz (45 ml) Amaretto liqueur, 3 oz (90 ml) sweet and sour mix, a splash of Sprite, maraschino cherries for garnish
Instructions: In a shaker, combine Amaretto liqueur and sweet and sour mix. Shake well. Pour Amaretto mixture into a cocktail glass filled with crushed ice. add as many maraschino cherries as desired. Dip the rim of the glass in Sprite and coat it with caster (superfine) sugar before adding the liquid and cherries to the glass.
Amaretto Wine Sour Recipe
makes 1 drink
Ingredients: 2 oz (60 ml) Amaretto liqueur, 1 oz (30 ml) of each: sweet and sour mix and vodka
Instructions: In a shaker filled with crushed ice, combine all ingredients. Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass. Serve immediately.

- 3 teaspoons almond extract
- 1Β½ cups (370 ml) cognac
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) evaporated milk
- 2 eggs, beaten

Step 1
Blend together the almond extract and cognac in a blender.
Step 2
Add milk and blend at low speed for 1 minute. Add eggs and pulse stir for 1 minute (use the lowest speed on the blender and turn on-off eight times)
