Bacon Wrapped Tilapia
Ingredients
- 4 tilapia fillets cut into halves
- 3 cloves garlic,peeled and minced
- 8 strips of smoked bacon
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- salt and freshly ground black pepper,to taste
Method
Step 1
In a small mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, lemon juice, and seasoning. Mix well and set aside.
Step 2
Rub tilapia fillets with garlic mixture and set aside for 10-15 minutes. Wrap each fish fillet with the bacon slice.
Step 3
Place on parchment-lined baking sheet.
Step 4
Preheat oven to 375°F (180°C). Bake bacon wrapped tilapia for 15-20 minutes.

Am I missing something? There is no ingredient list given, and I’m not sure what ‘seasoning’ is being called for in the directions?

3 cloves garlic,peeled and minced
8 strips of smoked bacon
2 tablespoons lemon juice
salt and black pepper,to taste
