Bagel with Cream Cheese and Smoked Salmon
Ingredients
- 1 bagel
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese
- 1 slice red onion
- 1 thin slice smoked salmon
- 2 tablespoons drained capers
Method
Step 1
Cut the bagel horizontally, through the center, sandwich fashion.
Step 2
Toast each bagel half on the cut side. Spread each half with an equal amount of cream cheese. Top one cheese-smeared half with the red onion slice.
Step 3
Leave smoked salmon slice whole but cover onion slice with half of it. Top with capers and serve.
