Bagel with Cream Cheese and Smoked Salmon
- 1 bagel
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese
- 1 slice red onion
- 1 thin slice smoked salmon
- 2 tablespoons drained capers
Cut the bagel horizontally, through the center, sandwich fashion.
Toast each bagel half on the cut side. Spread each half with an equal amount of cream cheese. Top one cheese-smeared half with the red onion slice.
Leave smoked salmon slice whole but cover onion slice with half of it. Top with capers and serve.
