- 1¹⁄³ oz (40 ml) dark rum
- 2/3 oz (20 ml) 151 proof Demerara rum
- 1/2 oz (15 ml) coconut liqueur
- 1/2 oz (15 ml) coffee liqueur
- 4 oz (120 ml) pineapple juice
- 1/3 oz (10 ml) freshly squeezed lemon juice
In a shaker filled with crushed ice,combine all ingredients,except 151 proof rum. Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass filled with ice.
Gently float Demerara rum over the top.
Garnish with maraschino cherry.
