- 1 tablespoon chili powder

- 3 pounds (1.45 kg) pork baby back ribs
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) water
- 1/2 cup (125 g) maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preheat your oven to 375 F (180 C).
