- 3 pounds (1.45 kg) pork baby back ribs
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) water
- 1/2 cup (125 g) maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 375 F (180 C).

In a small mixing bowl, combine chipotle chile pepper, brown sugar, chili powder, ground cinnamon, garlic powder, and sea salt. Mix well. Rub pork ribs with the spice mixture.
