Baked Cinnamon Pecans
Spicy pecans baked in an oven. Cayenne pepper gives them a little kick, making the nuts a fun party starter!
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup(80 g) butter,melted
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 pound(480 g) pecan halves
Method
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl,combine melted butter,cinnamon,salt and cayenne pepper.
Step 2
Mix well and stir in pecans until evenly coated.
Step 3
Transfer to ungreased baking pan.
Step 4
Preheat oven to 350º F(170º C).
Step 5
Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until pecans are toasted,stiriing occasionally.
