Ingredients
- 4 cod steaks
- 5 oz (150 ml) dry white wine
- 2 oz (60 g) butter
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- salt and freshly grpound black pepper
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Step 2
Arrange cod steaks in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
Step 3
Add the dry white wine and dot with butter. Cover dish with aluminum foil and bake in center of oven for 20-25 minutes
Step 4
Sprinkle baked cod steaks with chopped fresh coriander and lemon juice. Serve with fried potatoes,if desired.
