Ingredients
- 1 lobster,halved
- 2 teaspoons melted butter
- 2/3 cup (160 ml) light cream
- 1 slice bacon,finely chopped
- 1 stalk spinach
- 1 clove garlic,peeled and chopped
- 2 slices mozzarella cheese
- pinch of salt
- all-purpose flour
Method
Step 1
In a saucepan,preheat water.
Step 2
Place spinach and bring to a boil. Drain boiled spinach,pat dry with paper towel,then chop and set aside.
Step 3
Preheat large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 4
Add melted butter,chopped garlic and bacon. Saute until aromatic,then add spinach and light cream. Bring to a boil,stirring occasionally.
Step 5
Add sugar,salt and all-purpose flour to thicken the sauce. Remove from the heat and set aside.
Step 6
Preheat oven to 375°F(180°C).
Step 7
Spread garlic sauce evenly onto halved lobster. Break mozzarella cheese into small pieces and sprinkle over garlic sauce. Place in preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese turned golden brown. Sprinkle with parsley flakes.
Step 8
Serve baked lobster with cheese and bacon hot with lemon wedge.
