Banana coconut rum cream liqueur. Very easy rum-based creamy mixed drink.
- 2 ripe bananas,mashed(about 1 cup)
- 2 teaspoons coconut extract
- 1½ cups (370 ml) rum
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) vodka
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) evaporated milk
- 1 cup (250 ml) cream of coconut or coconut milk
Mash bananas and blend in blender with coconut extract,rum,and vodka.
Add milks and blend at low speed for 1 minute(use the lowest speed on blender and turn om-off eight times).
Garnish with fresh banana slices and orange. Banana cream liqueur is ready to serve.Happy party!
