Ingredients
- 8 pounds (4 kg) spareribs,cut into serving pieces
- 3 cups (750 ml) beer
- 1 cup (250 ml) honey
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons dill powder
- 2 teaspoons sage
- 1 ½ teaspoons dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
Method
Step 1
Place the spareribs in a large shallow pan.
Step 2
In a mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Mix well and pour mixture over ribs. Refrigerate for 24 hours, turning once.

Do you really use 4 pounds of chicken compared to the small amount of other ingredients in this recipe? Is this printed correctly? I can see maybe 1-2 pounds of chicken at best to have enough “sauce” for each serving.
