Berry and orange smoothie.Very healthy nonalcoholic mixed drink.Very easy to make!
Ingredients
- 1 pound (480 g) frozen berries,thawed
- 1 oz (30 g) caster (superfine) sugar
- 1 ΒΌ cups (300 ml) freshly squeezed orange juice
- 4 tablespoons light cream
Method
Step 1
In a blender,combine thawed berries(reserve some berries for garnish),sugar and orange juice. Blend until smooth.
Step 2
Pour berry mixture into 3 tall glasses. Spoon a light cream into each glass. Top with reserved fruits.
Step 3
Serve with a long spoon to mix the cream.
