Brandy Crusta cocktail. Cognac-based alcoholic mixed drink. Very easy, refreshing, and delicious. You may also like La Conga Cocktail, another tasty tropical mixed drink.

Brandy Crusta Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1½ oz (45 ml) cognac
  • 1/2 oz (15 ml) orange curaçao
  • 1/2 oz (15 ml) freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 barspoon gomme syrup
  • 2 dashes Augostura bitters
  • cubed ice


Method

Step 1

Crust a cocktail glass with sugar by wetting the edge with lemon juice and dipping into sugar.

Step 2

Combine all ingredients in shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into the cocktail glass.

Step 3

Add 1 ice cube.

Step 4

Garnish cocktail by carefully placing a wide strip of pared lemon peel around the inside rim of glass.
