Broiled whole chicken. 2 ingredients recipe! Quick and Delicious!
- 1 large whole chicken,boned
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
Rub the chicken with kosher salt.Set aside for at least 1 hour. Just before cooking,refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Preheat the broiler. Place chicken,skin side up,on a baking sheet. Put it under preheated broiler,about 3-inches (7,5 cm) from the heat. Brown it for about 10 minutes,turning the pan a few times.
Reduce the temperature for 250 F (125 C). Cook for a further 25 minutes.
Remove broiled chicken from the broiler. Cut into pieces. Transfer to a serving platter.
