Cheese omelet recipe.Very easy and tasty egg recipe.Prepare it for your breakfast.
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 2 eggs
- 2-3 oz (60-90 g) sliced or shredded cheese
Spray your cooking pan well,using cooking spray. Set cooking pan it over medium-high heat.
In a small bowl,beat the eggs,using a fork. In preheated skillet add a tablespoon of butter,slosh it around to cover bottom. Pour beaten eggs,all at once.
Arrange the cheese over half of omelet. Cover,turn burner to low and cook until cheese is melted. When your cheese omelet is done,slip a spatula under the half without the filling,fold it over,and then lift the whole thing onto a serving plate.
