Cheese Omelet Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2-3 oz (60-90 g) sliced or shredded cheese

Method

Step 1

Spray your cooking pan well, using cooking spray. Set cooking pan it over medium-high heat.

Step 2

In a small bowl, beat the eggs, using a fork. In the preheated skillet add a tablespoon of butter, slosh it around to cover bottom. Pour beaten eggs, all at once.

Step 3

Arrange the cheese over half of omelet. Cover, turn burner to low and cook until cheese is melted. When your cheese omelet is done, slip a spatula under the half without the filling, fold it over, and then lift the whole thing onto a serving plate.
