Cherry cream liqueur. Whiskey-based alcoholic mixed drink. Very tasty!
Ingredients
- 1 pound (480 g) pitted fresh cherries,pureed
- 1½ cups (370 ml) whiskey
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) vodka
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) whole milk
- 1 drop red food coloring
Method
Step 1
Add cherries to spirits. Blend, using a blender.
Step 2
Add milk and food coloring and pulse stir for 1 minute(use the lowest speed on blender and turn om-off eight times). Add more red food coloring to cherry cream liqueur, if necessary, until color is pleasing.
