Cherry smoothie.Very healthy and delicious fruit and milk cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 7 oz (210 g) fresh cherries,pitted
  • 1 banana,cut into small pieces
  • 2 cups (500 ml) yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Method

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Mix well until smooth.

Step 2

Pour mixture into chilled glass. Garnish with dried tart cherries and serve immediately.
