Choco Colada cocktail. Rum-based mixed drink.Very easy to prepare.

Ingredients

  • 1¹⁄³ oz (40 ml) white rum
  • 1/3 oz (10 mL) dark rum
  • 1¹⁄³ oz (40 ml) milk
  • 2/3 oz (20 ml) chocolate syrup
  • 1/3 oz (10 ml) Tia Maria liqueur
  • 1 oz (30 ml) coconut cream
  • whipped cream
  • fresh raspberry

Method

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in blender with crushed ice. Blend for 10 seconds.

Step 2

Pour mixture into chilled cocktail glass. Sprinkle with a few fine chocolate shavings. Top with whipped cream and fresh raspberry.

Step 3

Serve choco colada cocktail with a straw.
