Chocolate mint coffee. Very tasty and healthy coffee recipe.

Chocolate Mint Coffee

Ingredients

  • whole bean coffee
  • 2 tablespoons mint flavoring
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa

Method

Step 1

In a small mixing bowl, blend coffee beans and mint.

Step 2

Set oven temperature to 200 °F (93 °C).

Step 3

Place coffee mixture on a baking sheet and bake for 1 hour. Grind to specifications of coffee maker.

Step 4

In a medium mixing bowl, blend ground coffee and cocoa powder. To brew chocolate mint coffee: use 1 tablespoon coffee for each 5 oz (150 g) cup of water used.
