Classic Gin Fizz Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1²⁄³ oz (50 ml) gin
  • 1 oz (30 ml) freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • dash gomme syrup
  • Club Soda

Method

Step 1

In a shaker filled with crushed ice,combine all ingredients,except club soda. Shake well.

Step 2

Strain into a highball filled with ice. Top up with club soda.

Step 3

Garnish gin fizz cocktail with slice of lemon.
