Coffee Whipped Cream Dessert Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (250 ml) plus 2 tablespoons (30 ml)
  • 1 packet instant coffee plus 1½ teaspoons instant coffee granules
  • 1/8 cup (30 ml) powdered sugar

Method

Step 1

In a refrigerator, chill mixed bowl and beaters for 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile, in a medium mixing bowl, combine 1 packet instant coffee and 2 tablespoons whipped cream. Let stand for 10 minutes, then stir well.

Step 2

Remove chilled bowl and beaters fromthe refrigerator. Pour coffee and whipping cream mixture into the chilled mixing bowl, then add powdered sugar and remaining 1 cup (250 ml) whipped cream. Add remaining 1½ teaspoons instant coffee granules.

Step 3

Using an electric mixer, whisk on high for about 2 minutes. Pour the mixture into cups. Serve immediately.
