Cranberry-pear cocktail.Vodka based alcoholic mixed drink.

Ingredients

  • 2/3 oz (20 ml) vodka
  • 2 teaspoons ginger liqueur
  • 1/2 oz (15 ml) pear nectar
  • 1/2 oz (15 ml) cranberry juice
  • splash of champagne

Method

Step 1

In a shaker filled with ice,combine vodka,pear nectar,ginger liqueur and cranberry juice. Shake well and strain into glass.

Step 2

Pour champagne over. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and cranberries.
