Double chocolate-chip Irish cream liqueur.Very popular homemade Irish cream liqueur. Simple, easy and delicious!
Ingredients
- 1Β½ cups semisweet or sweet chocolate chips
- 2 cups (500 ml) Irish whiskey
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 cup (250 ml) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup (250 ml) chocolate condensed milk
- 2 eggs
Method
Step 1
Chop chocolate chips at broken pieces of block chocolate into tiny pieces in a blender. Reserve 3/4 cup of chocolate chips.
Step 2
Add whiskey and cocoa to remaining 3/4 cup of chocolate, and blend in blender until mixed. Add milk and blend at low speed for 1 minute.
Step 3
Add eggs and pulse stir for 1 minute(use the lowest speed on the blender and turn on-off about eight times) Add reserved chocolate chips so they float in the liquid. Note: White chocolate may be substituted for or combined with dark chocolate. Enjoy your homemade cream liqueur.
