Double chocolate-chip Irish cream liqueur.Very popular homemade Irish cream liqueur. Simple, easy and delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups semisweet or sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cups (500 ml) Irish whiskey
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 cup (250 ml) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup (250 ml) chocolate condensed milk
  • 2 eggs

Method

Step 1

Chop chocolate chips at broken pieces of block chocolate into tiny pieces in a blender. Reserve 3/4 cup of chocolate chips.

Step 2

Add whiskey and cocoa to remaining 3/4 cup of chocolate, and blend in blender until mixed. Add milk and blend at low speed for 1 minute.

Step 3

Add eggs and pulse stir for 1 minute(use the lowest speed on the blender and turn on-off about eight times) Add reserved chocolate chips so they float in the liquid. Note: White chocolate may be substituted for or combined with dark chocolate. Enjoy your homemade cream liqueur.
