Fried crispy prawns. Very delicious seafood recipe. Very easy and simple.
Ingredients
- 1/2 pound (250 g) prawns,washed and deveined
- 2 teaspoons ginger garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon corn flour
- pinch of Kesari powder
- bread crumbs
- vegetable oil for frying
Method
Step 1
In a mixing bowl,combine ginger garlic paste,chili powder,turmeric powder,corn flour,salt,kesari powder and prawns. Mix well and set aside. Allow to marinade for 1 hour.
Step 2
Meanwhile,heat vegetable oil in deep fryer. Before frying, dip each prawn in bread crumbs and fry it.
