    Air Fryer Lamb Kebabs Recipe

Fried lamb chops with garlic and anchovy.Very delicious Greek lamb recipe.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds (960 g) beat end of neck lamb cutlets,fat trimmed
  • 2 garlic cloves,peeled and 1 clove crushed
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • sea salt anf freshly ground black pepper
  • sprigs of rosemary
  • 2 anchovy fillets
  • 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar

Method

Step 1

Preheat olive oil in a large frying pan. Add crushed garlic and lamb cutlets. Fry on both sides until golden,then season to taste with slat and black pepper.

Step 2

Reduce heat and cook for a further 10-15 minutes.

Step 3

In a blender,combine a few pieces of rosemary,remaining garlic and anchovies. Mix well,gradually stirring in vinegar.

Step 4

Add garlic mixture to frying pan and cook until the liquid reduces by half. Arrange lamb cutlets on warmed serving platter and spoon cooking liquid over.
