Fried pork chops with bananas. Pan fried pork chops with bananas. Very delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 oz (30 g) unsalted butter
  • 4 pork chops
  • 3 bananas,peeled and cut into half lengthwise
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 1 lemon
  • fresh parsley sprigs

Method

Step 1

Melt the butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Add pork chops. Cook for 10 minutes on each side.

Step 2

Five minutes before the pork chops are cooked,add bananas. Sprinkle with salt,pepper and cayenne. Lift out the fried pork chops and bananas. Arrange on a warmed serving dish. Garnish with lemon and parsley.
