Fried salmon nuggets recipe. Skillet-fried seasoned salmon fillets. Use as an appetizer or main dish.

Fried Salmon Nuggets Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon herbes de Provence
  • 6 oz (180 g) salmon fillet, skinless, cut into 10 cubes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and herbs de Provence. Mix well.

Step 2

Dip salmon cubes, one by one, into crumb mixture and press to coat all sides.

Step 3

In a large nonstick skillet, preheat olive oil over medium heat. Fry breaded salmon cubes until golden brown, about 2 minutes. Flip and fry for 1 minute more.

Step 4

Serve fried salmon nuggets immediately.
