Fried Salmon Nuggets Recipe
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon herbes de Provence
- 6 oz (180 g) salmon fillet, skinless, cut into 10 cubes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
In a mixing bowl, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and herbs de Provence. Mix well.
Dip salmon cubes, one by one, into crumb mixture and press to coat all sides.
In a large nonstick skillet, preheat olive oil over medium heat. Fry breaded salmon cubes until golden brown, about 2 minutes. Flip and fry for 1 minute more.
Serve fried salmon nuggets immediately.
