Green apple smoothie.Healthy and low-calories mixed drink.Very simple and easy to make.
- 1 large Grammy Smith apple,cored and chopped
- 4-5 stalks celery,chopped
- 2 cups(500 g) chopped Romaine lettuce
- 4 dates,pitted
- 1/2 ripe,large avocado,pitted,peeled and chopped
- 1/2 bunch chopped parsley
Fill a blender with 3-4 cups filtered cold water.
Add all ingredients and blend until smooth.
Pour blended mixture into cocktail glass.
