Green apple smoothie.Healthy and low-calories mixed drink.Very simple and easy to make.


  • 1 large Grammy Smith apple,cored and chopped
  • 4-5 stalks celery,chopped
  • 2 cups(500 g) chopped Romaine lettuce
  • 4 dates,pitted
  • 1/2 ripe,large avocado,pitted,peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 bunch chopped parsley


Step 1

Fill a blender with 3-4 cups filtered cold water.

Step 2

Add all ingredients and blend until smooth.

Step 3

Pour blended mixture into cocktail glass.
