Grilled Beef Steak
Ingredients
- 4 tender beef steaks,cut into 2-inches thick
- cilantro and chili butter
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
Method
Step 1
Prepare flavored butter. Set aside.
Step 2
Arrange beef steaks on a grill 4 to 6 inches above a solid bed of hot coals. Cook, turning occasionally, for 25-30 minutes.
Step 3
Season grilled beef steak to taste with salt and pepper. Place meat on a warm serving platter. Offer flavored butter to spoon on individual portions.
