- 4 large potatoes
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 egg,beaten
- 3 tablespoons milk
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup cooked ham,cut into strips
Preheat /a>oven to 400°F (205°C).
Wrap each potato in aluminum foil and pierce aluminum with fork. Bake potatoes for 90 minutes.
Cut a 1/4-inch(0.5 cm) cap off top of each baked potato. Scoop out pulp without damaging skin.
In a food processor,puree pulp. Add remaining ingredients,except bread crumbs. Mix well and garnish potatoes with mixture.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs and broil until golden.
