    The Best Homemade Instant Pot Tomato Sauce

Ham-stuffed potatoes. Stuffed potatoes baked in oven.Delicious!

Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 egg,beaten
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup cooked ham,cut into strips


Method

Step 1

Preheat /a>oven to 400°F (205°C).

Step 2

Wrap each potato in aluminum foil and pierce aluminum with fork. Bake potatoes for 90 minutes.

Step 3

Cut a 1/4-inch(0.5 cm) cap off top of each baked potato. Scoop out pulp without damaging skin.

Step 4

In a food processor,puree pulp. Add remaining ingredients,except bread crumbs. Mix well and garnish potatoes with mixture.

Step 5

Sprinkle with bread crumbs and broil until golden.

    I made these the other night and they were AWESOME! And I typically don’t like potatoes, so that’s saying a lot. These were by far the creamiest potatoes I have ever had and were incredibly delicious! I would highly recommend this.
