Kiwi cucumber cocktail.Healthy and delicious nonalcoholic mixed drink.Made from fresh kiwis and cucumber.

Ingredients

  • 6 ripe kiwis , peeled
  • 1 large fresh cucumber,peeled and deseeded
  • 6 cups (1.5 L) water , divided
  • 4 packets Splenda

Method

Step 1

In a blender,combine 2 cups water and remaining ingredients. Blend well until smooth (for about 3-4 minutes).

Step 2

Transfer kiwi mixture to a pitcher. Add remaining 4 cups water. Stir well.

Step 3

Pour into cocktail glasses filled with cubed ice. Garnish with kiwi slice and serve.

    Umm…there’s no mention of tapioca or onion soup mix in the ingrediants…and the directions don’t mention the bbq sauce at all!
