Ingredients
- 1/2 pound (240 g) lamb chops
- 2 oz (60 g) asparagus,sliced
- 1 zucchini,sliced
- 5 oz (150 g) pasta ribbons
- 3 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon mint sauce
- 2 tablespoons clear honey
- sprigs of mint,to garnish
Method
Step 1
Place lamb chops in a casserole dish. Set turbo oven temperature to 400°F (205°C).
Step 2
Place casserole dish on lower grilling rack of turbo oven and cook for 4-5 minutes,until the lamb has browned. Add vegetables to the casserole dish and cook for additional 3-4 minutes.
Step 3
Cook the pasta in boiling water according to the instruction on the packet. Drain and mix together the oil,mint sauce and honey. Add honey mixture to the casserole dish.
Step 4
Combine together the lamb,pasta and vegetables and heat for 2-3 minutes,still on the lower grilling rack. Serve lamb pasta in warm bowls.
