    Instant Pot Creamy Risotto with Mushrooms

Lemon and rosemary granita.Very delicious nonalcoholic mixed drink.Easy to make!


  • 3 cups (750 ml) fresh water
  • 1/2 cup (125 g) granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 3-4 rosemary sprigs
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


Step 1

In a pan,combine water and granulated sugar. Stir and bring to a boil.

Step 2

Reduce heat to low,add rosemary sprigs and simmer,stirring, for 3-5 minutes. Strain rosemary mixture and add lemon juice and salt. Stir well.

Step 3

Transfer mixture to a glass tray. Set aside and allow to cool completely. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

Step 4

Remove from refrigerator and,using a fork,scrape any ice crystals that have formed. Repeat this process 3-4 times. To make it light and fluffy, scrape just before it has completely set.
