Maple glazed spicy potato wedges. A very simple recipe to make with glorious flavors, these are perfect for vegans. Use them as an appetizer or main dish. You may also like Creamy Carrot and Broccoli Soup, another delicious vegetarian recipe.

Maple Glazed Spicy Potato Wedges
- 2 sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
Preheat oven to 400º F (199ºC).
Brush each potato wedge with olive oil and cook in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
In a small mixing bowl, combine cumin, coriander and smoked paprika. Mix well and set aside.
Brush cooked potato wedges with maple syrup and sprinkle with spice mixture.
Return to the oven and bake for additional 10 minutes. Serve maple glazed spicy potato wedges hot.
