Ingredients
- 1/2 pound (250 g) coconut pulp,coarsely grated
- 3 cups (750 ml) milk
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 bag vanilla sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon brandy
- 2 tablespoons raisins
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Method
Step 1
Add cornstarch in 1/2 cup cold milk. Mix well.
Step 2
Bring to a boil remaining milk. Add the dissolved cornstarch and, stirring constantly, bring to a boil. Add coarsely grated coconut pulp,raisin,sugar, vanilla sugar, beaten eggs and brandy.
Step 3
Arrange the coconut mixture in the molds. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Put in turbo oven. Bake for 5-7 minutes at 400°F(205°C)
