Oven baked crunch fish fingers. Fish fillets with carrots  baked in halogen (turbo) oven.Very easy and tasty appetizer!

Ingredients

  • 3 oz (300 g) whoite fish fillets,skinless and boneless
  • 3 oz (90g) wholemeal breadcrumbs
  • 2 oz (60 g) oats
  • 1 carrot,peeled and grated
  • salt and freshly gorund black pepper
  • 1 large egg,beaten

Method

Step 1

In a mixing bowl,combine breadcrumbs,oats and carrot. Mix well and add seasoning to taste.

Step 2

Brush each fish finger with beaten egg . Dip into breadcrumbs mixture,ensuring they are well covered. Place fish fingers onto greased baking tray.

Step 3

Preheat turbo oven to 410°F(210°C). Place the tray on the high grilling rack of turbo oven. Bake for 15 minutes,turning once. Serve oven baked crunch fish fingers hot.
