Oven baked garlic and ginger pork. Pork steaks with garlic and ginger baked in a halogen (turbo) oven.
- 4-8 pork steaks
- 4 teaspoons garlic paste
- 1 inch (2.5 cm) ginger stick, finely chopped
- freshly ground black pepper
Arrange pork steaks in a greased ovenproof dish.
In a small mixing bowl, combine garlic paste and ginger. Stir well and season with black pepper.
Spread garlic paste onto the top of pork steaks. Wrap dish with plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight.
Remove marinated pork from refrigerator. Place meat on the high rack of turbo oven.
Set oven temperature to 400 F (200 C). Cook for 20 minutes or until pork steaks are tender.
