Oven baked hoisin orange salmon. Salmon fillets with hoisin sauce baked in an oven and served with orange slices. Very tasty!
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped gingerroot
- 6 oz (180 g) skinless salmon fillets
- 6 orange slices(optional)
Method
Step 1
In a small mixing bowl,combine hoisin sauce,orange juice sesame oil and chopped ginger. Mix well and set aside.
Step 2
Arrange salmon fillets on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Spoon hoisin mixture over salmon,turning fillets to coat completely.
Step 3
Preheated convection oven to 400°F(198°C). Bake in preheated oven for 8-10 minutes,or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Garnish with orange slices,if desired.
