Oven-baked orange-glazed pork chops. Seasoned pork chops with orange sauce baked in a convection oven.
- 4 pork chops
- 1/8 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3/4 cup (180 g) orange sauce
- vegetable oil
In a small mixing bowl,combine ginger powder and garlic powder. Mix well.
Rub both sides of pork chops with ginger mixture.
In a large nonstick skillet,heat vegetable oil. Add pork seasoned chops and cook until browned on both sides.
Place browned pork chops in a baking pan. Cover baking pan with aluminum foil.
Preheat convection oven to 350 F (175 C). Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Drain cooking liquid out of the baking pan. Brush pork chops with orange sauce and bake,uncovered,for further 10 minutes.
