- 3 red onions,peeled and sliced
- 1 pound (480 g) boneless and skinless pork,diced
- 3 teaspoons paprika
- 1 ½ cups (370 ml) chicken stock
- 5 oz (150 g) crem fraiche
- chopped green onions
Heat olive oil in frying pan. Add onion and fry for 5-8 minutes,stirring gently until they start to soften. Add diced pork to the pan and brown all over. Stir in paprika and cook for 1 minute more. Add chicken stock and simmer gently for 10 minutes.
Cover tightly the dish and place on high grilling rack of turbo oven. Cook at 356°F(180°C) for 30-40 minutes until pork is tender.
Remove from turbo oven and stir creme fraiche. Sprinkle oven baked pork with chopped green onions and serve .
