Oven baked pork with paprika.Cubed pork with vegetables and spices cooked in halogen (turbo) oven.Very simple and delicious pork recipe.

Ingredients

  • olive oil
  • 3 red onions,peeled and sliced
  • 1 pound (480 g) boneless and skinless pork,diced
  • 3 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 ½ cups (370 ml) chicken stock
  • 5 oz (150 g) crem fraiche
  • chopped green onions

Method

Step 1

Heat olive oil in frying pan. Add onion and fry for 5-8 minutes,stirring gently until they start to soften. Add diced pork to the pan and brown all over. Stir in paprika and cook for 1 minute more. Add chicken stock and simmer gently for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Cover tightly the dish and place on high grilling rack of turbo oven. Cook at 356°F(180°C) for 30-40 minutes until pork is tender.

Step 3

Remove from turbo oven and stir creme fraiche. Sprinkle oven baked pork with chopped green onions and serve .
