Oven baked white fish and bacon kebabs.Bacon wrapped cubed white fish fillets baked in halogen (turbo) oven.
- 2 pounds (960 g) white fish fillets,cut into chunks
- handfull of parsley,finely chopped
- freshly ground black pepper
- sliced bacon,rinds removed
- paprika to taste
In mixing bowl,combine the parsley,paprika and black pepper. Mix well and roll the fish chunks in this mixture.
Roll bacon slice around each piece and tread on to metal or soaked wooden skewers . Set turbo oven temperature to 482°F ( 250°C).
Place the skewers in a flat metal dish and cook until the top of bacon is browned and fish is just cooked,about 5-6 minutes. Serve oven baked white fish with fresh vegetables and black olives.
