Oven Baked White Fish and Bacon Kebabs

Oven baked white fish and bacon kebabs.Bacon wrapped cubed white fish fillets baked in halogen (turbo) oven.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds (960 g) white fish fillets,cut into chunks
  • handfull of parsley,finely chopped
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • sliced bacon,rinds removed
  • paprika to taste

Method

Step 1

In mixing bowl,combine the parsley,paprika and black pepper. Mix well and roll the fish chunks in this mixture.

Step 2

Roll bacon slice around each piece and tread on to metal or soaked wooden skewers . Set turbo oven temperature to 482°F ( 250°C).

Step 3

Place the skewers in a flat metal dish and cook until the top of bacon is browned and fish is just cooked,about 5-6 minutes. Serve oven baked white fish with fresh vegetables and black olives.
