Oven cooked bacon and eggs. Bacon with eggs baked in a halogen (turbo) oven. Very easy English breakfast recipe.
Oven Cooked Bacon and Eggs
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 8 strips of bacon
- toasted bread, sliced( optional)
Method
Step 1
Preheat an oven to 350°F (175°C) Arrange the strips of bacon on the preheated middle rack of turbo oven. Bake for 5-6 minutes, then place in the high rack.
Step 2
Put eggs (still in the shell) on the high rack. Bake for 5-6 minutes. Eggs will be perfectly baked.
Step 3
Bacon and eggs are ready. You may add toast slices of bread if desired.
