Oven Cooked Meatballs Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound (240 g) extra-lean ground pork
  • 1/2 pound (240 g) ground beef
  • 1 large onion, peeled, finely chopped
  • 2 cups (500 ml) homemade beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 8-10 pieces of fragrant pepper
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method

Step 1

Combine ground beef and ground pork in mixing bowl. Mix well. Add egg, salt, and black pepper to taste. Wet your hands in the water. Roll meat mixture into balls

Step 2

Preheat vegetable oil in a large nonstick skillet. Cook meatballs until browned.

Step 3

Arrange cooked meatballs in ceramic pots. Pour over beef broth to cover meatballs. Add fragrant pepper and bay leaves. Put in turbo oven

Step 4

Cover and cook for 1 hour at 480° F (250° C) Sprinkle the oven cooked meatballs with fresh herbs.
