Oven grilled escargots. Escargots with butter sauce cooked in halogen (turbo) oven.
- 3½oz (100g) butter
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley,finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove,crushed
- freshly squeezed lemon juice(from half of lemon)
- salt,white pepper to taste
- 12 escargots ,precooked or canned
Combine together parsley,garlic,lemon juice salt,pepper,and butter. Put in blender.Blend until smooth.
Put the escargots into their shells. Seal the shells with butter mixture.
Preheat turbo oven at 400°F(205°C). Arrange escargots on grilling rack. Cover turbo oven and cook for 5-7 minutes.
