Ingredients
- 6 large figs,washed ,dried,stems removed,halved
- 6 tablespoons cream cheese
- 6 thin slices prosciutto,cut in half lengthwise
Method
Step 1
Spoon 1½ teaspoons of cream cheese on the cut side of each fig half. Wrap each fig half in a piece of prosciutto,securing it with toothpick.
Step 2
Preheat turbo oven grill to 460°F(240°C). Arrange the prosciutto-wrapped figs on the hot grilling rack. Cover and grill for 3-5 minutes per side.
Step 3
Transfer oven grilled figs to a platter. Warn everyone to remove the toothpicks.
